Good luck to anyone who is running a half today...dp is off pounding/crawling the streets of Brum in aid of Acorns (local childrens charity)...

I will buy him a nice bottle of red for later

A friend of mine has also been doing the Brum half - I'm sure he'll appreciate the nice bottle of red . My poor DH has just had to go into work for a 6-2 shift after completing his first half marathon.

OH H - your poor DH! my dp is in the bath (salt and oil...) soaking....bad case of joggers nipple....
Had lunch in a local pasta/pizza place full of runners stocking up on the carbs post race...
Off to buy the bottle of red in a mo...

Dp did the Birmingham one today (also for Acorns). His nipples are fine but his toes are not a pretty sight.
