Advice needed on kids' bike seat!

I have a Co-Pilot Limo seat, but no frame (bought it second hand). Can I use any frame to mount it on?

As long as the rack is strong enough and it fits, then I see no reason why not.
Retailers seem to sell the seat with a Blackburn EX1 rack, so if you don't already have a rack, that would probably be the best to go for.
