It has been fine for aerobics dvd's and cross training but today, when I ran for the first time in years, the seam on the strfap on the top of my shoulder rubbed so much that it nearly broke the skin. I had to wind the sleeve of my tshirt round it to stop it.
and I was only running for 10 minutes ffs!

Who puts a seam on the ONE part that will hit your skin?!

i don't run though

i had a similar experience with freya active bra - the bit of material which goes underneath the hooks was way short and they made holes in my back.

other than that jack, did you have a nice run? a bit hot for me but a lovely time of year to be outside.

Shock absorber level 4 is the ONLY bra I can run in. I bought an expensive Enell one with high hopes and it rubbed me into blisters under my arms.

It was an interesting run! i have signed up for the 5k Race for life and my sadistic lovely sister has devised a training plan for me to do in the house as I don't get a chance to run more than once a week (DH's shifts, DD's dodgy area after dark etc)
I didn;t manage much, was doing intervals and only did 4, but my shoulder was killing me. but it is a benchmark anyway!

And it was spitting, which was lovely adn hid the sweat
