I know I'll use it especially if it's dance based which a lot seem to be.

Which ones are good? There are so many to choose from?
TIA

I just bought claire from steps one but haven't tried it yet. Will do it tomorrow and let you know!

Head to the charity shops, there are always at least four whenever I go in which have 'dance' in the title!

JumpingDizzy · 15/02/2009 20:58

cheers whomoved I'm always in them anyway so will look.

Been browsing net and davina's new one seems to get good reviews?

Personally I'd just get out of the house and walk/run because you're more likely to continue if you can't retune to something less cheesy!

JumpingDizzy · 16/02/2009 22:07

I already walk a lot but have walked a bit more lately.
Think I may just get my trampete out although it's very hard to store.

I have Davina's latest one and it is fab, you do feel it the day after, but it gets easier, I have been doing it for about a month and you can certainly see a difference.

JumpingDizzy · 19/02/2009 18:08

glad to hear it lizzylou, well done to you

I'm away this weekend but will invest in it next week. I've changed my diet too, trying to be more 'you are what you eat' so should get some results soon I hope?

If you have a Wii, I'd recommend "My Fitness Coach" over a DVD any day - there are loads of different exercises and you don't do the same workout twice. And it's cheap!

JumpingDizzy · 11/03/2009 20:46

Ooo just seen this. DS1 has a wii but I banished it to his dad's as he used to go nuts when playing on the games. Maybe I'll say it's ok to bring it back... but is it worth the shouting
