I am to put it mildly rather gifted up top. Which sports bra will help keep everything under control for me?

im a 30/32 F/E and i have a shock absorber one form debenhams. its a level 4 one and when i jump up and down they dont move a mm!! (they are fake but they do move if i wear a normal bra so that snot why )

shock absorber - but nb they come in different 'ratings' go for max control (don't know the number) there's a website called lessbounce.com I think which sells them, among others. tbh I usually wear one of the 'crop top' type sports bras over the top of my shock absorber too! (32 FF)

As a 34J/K cup, I can only say forget shock absorbers and go for an Enell. They ship to the UK and are dirt cheap.
