I am ovewhelemd by the choice available - so if anyone can just point me in right direction for decent racquet.
Agressive player, mostly baseline, hard hitter - I have between £100-£150 to spend

have currenlty got Wilson K Blade Team on trial - feels a bit weird compared to my current racquet - maybe just not used to it yet?

Perhaps a specialist tennis shop (like PWP) will help and have some racquets you can loan and see what fits your style??

Many tennis shops will let you try out racquets for free.

It's worth having whatever racquet you buy re-strung - the tension of the stringing will give you a choice between more power or more control. If you hit hard anyway you might want to go for tighter stringing which would equal more control.

I have a Volkl which I love - this page has a handy chart which suggests the best one for your style of play/ability.

I agree that Volkl are very good. DS2 is sponsored by them and loves the racquets. They seem to have a very good range to suit all kinds of player.

Restringing sounds sensible, too. Also, is the one you're trying out the same grip size as your usual racquet? That can make a difference, as can how the racquet is weighted - head-heavy etc.
