I’m about to start Pilates at my gym but can only go twice a week. Can anyone recommend an online Pilates programme/classes I can follow? Thanks!

Bod By Rod. Brilliant barre and mat classes and he’s bloody good fun too.

Move With Nicole on Youtube has excellent beginner videos and some intermediate. She has such good cuing that you don't have to look at the screen, so work for the visually impaired.

When you get comfortable with beginner work and are ready to move on, Pilates By Izzy also on Youtube has intermediate to advanced videos that are anywhere from 20 minutes to nearly an hour. There's a couple 25 day challenges that are intense.

I swear by Jessica Valente. She has all kinds of videos of all lengths and levels and I always find her really encouraging (which is what I need!)
