Best walking pad for apartment use

Recommendations please

Needs to be quiet because I have downstairs neighbours, foldable - I want to keep it under a desk, easily assembled for use from folding, be able to be inclined, and preferably under £150 or cheaper, easily available.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations on model or any other pointers before buying.

I am not going to be able to go out much during the week over winter and I want to squeeze in activity where I can. Does anyone else do this and feel the benefit?

I’d skip the walking pad and find some good YouTube workout videos with lively music.
