Online strength classes, no jumping?

Looking for online strength training classes but without any jumping around. Mid forties and starting to feel strength going so I want to keep on top of it. I'm a bit hyper mobile so want to build strength around my joints to stabilise but also tone up a bit and feel good. Dodgy ankles hence no jumping. Would Caroline's circuits or Caroline girvan work, these are ones I see around a bit. Free and online would be super but happy to pay for something that works. I just want to commit to doing something for myself.

Caroline Girvan is good but quite tough. Not necessarily the place to start I’d say. Suggest Madfit as a good starting point - quite a few free videos on YouTube.

Most strength workouts don’t involve jumping, but lunges can be hard on the ankles so be careful with those.

Fitness blender is great and lots of different options for length/intensity etc, plus low impact workouts.

You could look at Pilates for Runners as there are some strength workouts on there too.

Madfit as someone has said.

And Yogarebel which blends strength work and mobility so could be the perfect mix.

The Peleton app has loads (you don’t need a Pelton machine)

I Like Heather Robertson, she usually gives low impact alternatives to exercises with jumping. There are a couple of playlists of her channel that might suit:

6 week low impact program https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2ov72VWpiOq0YgB4PnvuaWk5inhX2iPq&si=aw4sLfM1Qk1dmymV

All her low impact workouts (263 of them!) https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2ov72VWpiOqPlSfkFohkU0iuAF7BGiKR&si=qrjYmbwl0KIWwTQZ

I do a lot of strenght training and there is never any jumping involved. Do you have weights at home? Caroline indeed has some OK stuff and also several beginner friendly programs.

HASfit is great for these
