I will start by saying I love my gym and am happy there but these high temperatures have made me feel sick / dizzy to the point of stopping to sit down . I take regular water on board but is there anything else I can do to get through my sessions .

A neck fan or one of those cooling towels for your neck?.
I struggle with a sweating head, due to a health condition, and a neck fan, from Amazon, has been a god send when getting ready/drying my hair etc. It sits round my neck like a pair of old fashioned head phones would. There are no spinning parts.
The little towels get wet then wrung to activate the cooling effect.

Agree maybe a neck fan. What kind of exercises are you doing?
I only work out outside so get natural air con whatever the weather 🤣

It’s a mixture of cardio and strength. The building is a concerted barn so one whole side is open which just means the heat comes straight through and there’s no air or breeze . I don’t know if it’s relevant but membership numbers have increased which means there’s a lot more people in this space so more body heat .

For longer sessions on a machine I use this fan https://amzn.eu/d/01o2YUGo

Having it blow on my face makes quite a difference. On highest fan setting it lasts about an hour.
