I've been swimming 2-3 times a week at my local pool for nearly 2 years now. I absolutely love it and apart from spin and zumba that I did consistently pre covid and cancer it's my main form of exercise that I've consistently stuck to (along with walking).
I was thinking how much easier it is getting ready and dressed - shift dress or shorts md t shirt, sandals and off we go. No trainers, coats or hoodies.
So much easier. Happy swimming 🏊♀️
