Yoga / whatever you want to do daily accountability thread for July

Didn’t know what I wanted to do today,so started withEmpower YWA,14 mins of that,then stopped as I wasn’t enjoying. Tried CF strength,same. Apple Fitness tried a couple of different strength workouts,nope,wasn’t enjoying them either. Ended up with Bad Yogi,Mobility 2 from her mommy & me programs I have to help my posture and back. This was essentially a yoga practice,20 mins of happy baby / downdog/supine twist/ warrior2/ triangle/lizard/ pigeon. Very nice.

I felt so much better after my practice this morning, I’m going to have that as my main then add in some strength in the evenings every few days as suggested on the other thread by @pinkfluffypencilcase. It’s amazing how a few days off from yoga makes me crave it,so I’ll take that as a positive. I completed the other half of my Apple fitness strength workout this evening. By the end I was feeling quite wobbly and light headed,not pleasant though I felt accomplished. I’m hydrated and it’s cooler but I do have blood sugar issues which seem to have been worsened by the heat so will have to be careful. Onwards with the health and fitness journey!

i still haven’t done much. It was actually v warm today! I’ll look up a 5 min CF to ease me in.

CF packs a lot into those 5 mins practices @Pinkfluffypencilcase !
CF 20 min energising morning today. This had the kundalini breathing where hands on shoulders twist inhale one way then exhale twist the other,at speed,one I love and really brings the energy. I chose this because the thumbnail had skandasana which I love,loosens hips and back up beautifully. Great start to the day🌻
