Mummy fitness ideas for dodgy knee

So i’ve been trying to get back into working out on my spin bike at home but have done something to my knee (whilst kneeling with DD on the potty, not caused by the exercise) and spinning is now painful at the moment.

I need routine to build consistency and being able to use my bike after putting her to bed is perfect. With that being too painful at the moment, is there something I could do instead at home with minimal impact on knees? I have bought some dumbbells to do a little arm workout after spinning, so have continued that. I just don’t want to break the consistency as it’s taken me years to get back into a workout routine.

It needs to be something I don’t need to rely on childcare for, the village does not exist for me, so something I can do at home while she sleeps is perfect.

My DD does calisthenics. Also you could do swimming, Thai chi or even chair exercises until your knee recovers.
