Can anyone recommend guided interval walking workouts similar to old Fitbit ones?

Looking for some pointers from people who use workout/exercise apps, or fitness YouTube channels etc. I’m looking for a specific type of workout.

A few years ago I had a Fitbit Blaze which I LOVED. I used to pay for Fitbit Premium and I really enjoyed the workouts. I put on loads of weight during COVID and started back into exercise with guided walks. On the Fitbit app, there were quite a lot of outdoor walk type workouts with intervals which actually raised your heart rate into cardio zone.

One which I used all the time was called Gratitude Walk. It was a sort of 35 min outdoor mindful walk but with intervals and quite high energy as it used custom dance music in the faster bits of the walk ensure your pace was correct and your heart rate was getting up enough. It was super cheesy but actually very handy for keeping you paced properly and I got quite fond of some of those cheesy tunes! It was guided by a male instructor but I don’t remember anything about him, there was a bit of chat and encouragement.
The workout is no longer on Fitbit, and I don’t have Fitbit Premium anyway as I now have an Apple Watch. I had Apple fitness for 3 months free and couldn’t find those type of interval walking workouts. In Apple there is the option to set outdoor interval runs to interval walks but it wasn’t really what I was looking for.

Does anyone know what I’m talking about and where I can find these types of guided interval walks? I’m sure they exist and I’m just not looking in the right places.

I've not come across these kinds of apps but it sounds great so just joining the thread to see what gets recommended.

Not what you're looking for per se but there are loads of running apps and podcasts out there with intervals on them. Instead of running you could do fast / slower walking in them? There's the free couch to 5K podcast on BBC Sounds. Also there are a few interval walking apps out there, some are called "Aruki" as apparently that's the Japanese term. I've not tried them though. Good luck.

It was absolutely brilliant. I used to start straight after I dropped my daughter off at school and went through our local park. It is quite hilly but I could customise my route depending on how energetic I was feeling. The workout finished just as the park cafe was opening at 10 and I would sit with a well deserved coffee and cool down - bliss

I think I’ve seen pop up ads about the Japanese walking. I’ll look into that.
