62 days to get in shape

Before my holiday. I have a 12 month old, had a c-section, and I'm in the worst shape I've ever been in. Went on holiday last year and I felt so insecure about my body, I don't want to go away feeling like that again. I'm currently a size 10/12 (unsure exactly, dependant on clothing brand), 5'4", unsure of weight. I'm just so, so out of shape and flabby everywhere.

I'm going to join the gym but I won't be able to get in much, twice a week if I'm lucky (most likely once a week consistently).

Can anybody please offer me some diet advice and any home work outs that would flatten my stomach, bring my waist back and tone up all over? Thank you.

Eat unprocessed foods, drink 2 litres of water a day, walk at least 10km steps a day and do some resistance training 2-3 times a week.

Have you ever tried the 30 Day Shred? It is brutal but yields results. Along with a weights routine it could be good?

Watching with interest as I need to do the same really.

@DanaScullysLegoHairNo I've never heard of it but I will look it up, thank you

I did it once for the 30 days straight, it certainly tightens everything up but is a commitment!

I did 30 day shred and ripped in 30 to get in shape for my sisters wedding (also post c section), it really worked when I was in ny 30s!

I'm using an online trainer just now who has got me lifting weights and that has been amazing, now in my 40s and absolutely delighted! Something like that might help keep you motivated? Has helped me be organised with food etc too. I won't put his name on but pm if you want it, it's designed for parents so a realistic programme!
