I agree that there’s a huge amount of content on the app, and I signed up from the get go.
I think though for me, having a new programme and marking it as complete and trying to finish in real time is what gives me the motivation to keep on keeping on
I don’t know whether to try and finish all the ad hoc workouts she’s posted, repeat a programme I’ve already done (there’s plenty of time 🙄) or start another Heather Robertson series
