I love dancing and inspired by a recent article I read about making NYR fun and enjoyable so that you actually look forward to them, I'm adding 15 mins dancing into my exercise routine everyday... often round the kitchen, or in front of the TV! Fun inspiring music and just being as silly or active as I fancy... the dog thinks I'm mad!

I've been using last year's Strictly as inspiration but am about to finish the final so up for other things... I've also got a monthly sub to a Fitsteps/Zumba app which I enjoy, and of course various Spotify playlists. Sometimes its 15m in one go - other times its short bursts....whatever fits with my day
