Please recommend a punching bag for home?

Not a hang from the ceiling one, preferably one that comes with a base. Not
loads of room to put it but will be ok. For teen dd to self regulate. Used to do kick boxing if that helps.

I've never had one at home but there was one in our gym at one stage. Bear in mind that if someone hits a floor standing one hard enough it can fall over. Which is fine in an area where nothing can get broken but might make a difference at home.
