Just a quick question if anyone has experienced gyms sending out notifications of gym price increases via email. Shouldn't this be standard procedure as with other services?
I have been a member of two local ones and never received notification when prices are increased. Whenever I have asked about this failure it has either been that they don't have my correct email address (but for other advertising they seem to use the correct one!?) or they said they have sent it to me but for some reason I have not been able to find it anywhere in my inbox/junk folder or suspicious email inbox.
Just wondering what other people's experiences are,
