If you have an Oura ring, what’s your cardiovascular age?

Mine says it’s 14 years younger, and whilst I know that is a good thing I have no idea how that compares to other Oura users and am interested to know. I wish my face was 14 years younger 😂

I don't have a fitness tracker but am considering one.

Are you very fit OP? Cardio or weights every day?

Mine says 13 years younger. 😇 😂

Who knows how accurate it is though.

One year older 😬

14 years younger. It does sometimes go down to 12 but that's usually when I'm run down. I agree with you wouldn't it be lovely if it showed?!

My Garmin says my cardio status is 6-7 yrs younger than actual age (late 50s).

Would you recommend one? I’d quite like a fitness tracker and can have an Apple Watch, one of these rings or a Fitbit/Garmin/all the other alternatives. Does it count steps? Is it waterproof so I could swim in it? Thanks ☺️

So interesting! The only thing in my favour is running 3 times weekly and having two young children (3 and 5 months) so I don’t spend much time sitting down. I know it explains how it’s measured but I still don’t really get it.
