I currently have a subscription to Get Fit with Rick which I enjoy for HiiT and cardio etc, but I don't enjoy his strength training (uses bands, not weights). I also have a subscription to a perimenopause specialist coach/trainer. I really love her strength classes (live and on catch-up, 5 a week available), but I'm increasingly finding her 'coaching' not very good/inspiring and very repetitive. I currently pay a total of £80 per month for these two subs (GFWR £22, and coach £58) which I can ill afford. Does anyone know of a trainer/coach that could replace both (happy to pay), or any good strength training available free that means I could keep Rick, but lose the more expensive coach (although I do feel I need some form of coaching to keep me motivated). I keep seeing Caroline Girvan mentioned - is that free or paid? Confused! Thanks in advance.
