I have plenty of exercise kit at home but have lost motivation so am looking for some recommendations of work outs I can follow on YouTube or wherever (preferably not TikTok) and which are free. I’m hoping that this means I can mix it up and the variety will keep me going when subscribing to something like Les Mills hasn’t worked after the first month or so. I’m looking for both weights routines and general cardio, whether something like aerobics or dance.
Any suggestions please?
