Celulite is my biggest insecurity

I’ve had an insecurity with celulite on my legs since I was 16. This has meant that I really haven’t shown off my legs like I’ve wanted to since then. I’m try to exercise more but it doesn’t seem to help :( are there any treatments / products / creams you’ve done/used that you could recommend me?

I’m not sure if a cream has been invented that really works. I would have thought exercise is the better bet, though I know you say it’s not helped before. Have you tried strength training? My thighs are much smoother and less dimpled looking when I’ve got good muscle tone.

Following. I’m the exact same OP I hate it

And I exercise so much. It does get better now and again but it’s always there

I’m 9 stone and my legs and tops of my arms are covered in cellulite. Prior to that at 7st 11lb and my legs and arms were still absolutely covered in cellulite.

It’s just what you look like. Go to more places where women wear less clothing and you will soon see you are absolutely normal.

"cellulite" is an invented "condition". It is basically just normal female body fat. Most of us have it. The beauty industry has just given it a scientific sounding name in order to convince us that something is wrong and we need to buy overpriced lotions. Look on a beach or at the pool. This is what almost all women's thighs look like.

Isn’t it just how women store fat? And we all store fat! I think you just need to accept it.

Probably not a super helpful answer but I used to have a lot of cellulite on my legs. You could see it wobble when I walked and I hated it.

now after loosing almost 3 stone through diet and exercise and upping my exercise to 6 days a week. Running 20-30 miles a week (this has been built up gradually) and going to at least 2 strength sessions and a dance class each week, I now have hardly any cellulite on my legs. I’m very pleased with this but it has taken an awful lot of effort and 2 years of consistently upping my exercise every time it was starting to feel easier.
