Reformly Board - pilates home exercise - has anyone tried it?

I keep seeing adverts and quite tempted. ( least it wont make another clothes hanger…😂)

Has anyone tried it? Good results or not?

I’d try one proper reformer Pilates class for £20/25 depending on where you are in the country. That will show you what these boards are trying to mimic. (Spoiler: they don’t.) But at least you’d learn the form and principles.

The boards will give you basically a guided abs, arms and legs workout that you could do on your own with a YouTube video and some resistance bands.

I do reformer Pilates twice a week and it’s brilliant. It’s a proper workout and great for toning. It’s the only exercise I’ve ever stuck at - been going since Christmas!
