Pilates 28

Has anyone tried the pilates28 reformer? Did you get good results? Is it worth the subscription?

That’s not a reformer. I’ve seen people injuring themselves online using that equipment. If you want to do Pilates at home there are plenty of safe mat videos at home. Lottie Murphy Pilates is one I would recommend.
