Is there a free app similar to the nhs c25k app? Possibly working towards 10k?

If you own a Garmin, then there are training plans for 5k, 10k and half marathon available on the Garmin Connect app.

@xsquared can you point to where? I can only see courses easily

Go to the 3 dots on the home page att he bottom of the screen.

Select Training and planning.

SelectGarmon Coach plan.

Select Find a plan

The next screen asks you to agree with Ts and Cs before you fill in details about weekly mileage, select a distance, select a goal.
