Big thighs

I'm slowly losing weight and incorporating exercise alonside - (5'6 and 11st 9lb). Currently I do cardio - bike/row/stepper/treadmill and 20 minutes of weights, 3 times a week. I've also started swimming and walk regularly. My legs are strong - I can lift about 55/60kg with leg machines (not really sure if that's alot ), but they are fat/big - my thighs are 26 inches. Should I stop with the weights and do something else?

Are you running or walking on the treadmill? I do similar to you (also big thighed) but the only thing that keeps my thighs slim is running I bloody hate it though Keep doing your squats and other leg exercises though, it doesn't have to be either/or.

I have big thighs and squats/weights made them even bigger so I stopped, I do cardio and upper body weights now

Are you doing plenty of stretching? I'd consider going to a yoga or Pilates class. Over time, that will make your muscles longer.
