I did Day 9 Of Intent today, a good solid leg workout and only one barbell and 3 dumbbells to get out (plus stability ball). Tomorrow will be Day 10 a good solid upper body workout before I go away for a week. I will revisit some Max workouts but won’t do it as a programme, although I can lift heavier because there is more rest between sets it just doesn’t feel as effective as Intent or PE. And because I run, doing legs everyday isn’t great. Not to mention all the dumbbells I need to get out!
