I did Intent Day 5 and will do Day 6 tomorrow. It's such a nice, tough program. I love the feeling that I haven't been spinning my wheels after a workout.
Max was a good notion but I don't think it was as well-executed as her other programmes. Maybe I'll change my mind. I didn't warm to PE at first.
One more thought on the Facebook group while I'm being bitchy: there was a rash of skinny girl thigh pictures being posted a few weeks ago, with twee little captions saying things like "Ooh look it's my baby quad coming through" and "Quad muscles incoming squeeee!" I had to sit on my hands not to post, "ARE THE QUAD MUSCLES IN THE ROOM WITH US?"
