She's got visible abs but not the blocky abs that you see on Crossfitters. A boob job is essential when you have such low body fat. She could easily qualify for bodybuilding bikini competitions but she's too sensible to do that - the discipline required, mainly for diet, is horrendous.

But if you have a boob job, doesn't that mean you can't do chest press, flyes, etc? I thought you couldn't build that muscle in case the implants moved.

(I have to be preggers to have noticeable boobs, so again, not my area of expertise, lmao)

Did an unleash full body day 14. I liked it . Was very tough of course- all of unleash is tough. Renegades and face pulls were in it- makes a nice change🙂

@BigButtons I did that exact workout in the last few weeks and REALLY enjoyed it. It would have been nice if Caroline had infused Max, especially Fridays, with some of that energy. All the Unleash ones I've tried were brilliant but yes, hard.

I ended up doing an arms workout from a male trainer (DVD) today. Max Day 44 tomorrow, possibly, maybe attempting the hammer presses (between hip thrust sets) while sitting on the floor in staff pose, with the barbell still across my lap? If it works, I'll boringly report back!

@ArttheClown I have to apologise unreservedly to that Caro Clone & Psychobabblez peacock pair; from your description I assumed it was one of them stirring up high drama, but it was someone else "disheartened" and "sad" because some people disliked all the hip thrusts this week. SamtheUNBELIEVER, banished from Paradise, let us know if you want screenies of this boring nonsense.;)

@Gobacktotheworldyes I really am missing out, so much that I’m forcing myself to read Aidan Phsycobabblez layes article on the app about how not to fall into echo chambers. A bit rich coming from someone who doesn’t make much of an effort to stray from the Caroline is Queen narrative! And why why why does he ask Aidan questions all the time? I learned nothing except the fact he’s been lifting for 30 years

Did a fab workout on the app- An Hour All On The Posterior Chain. One of those overkill workouts with hip thrusts and RDL and glute bridges and ball rollouts etc etc plus the usual back stuff, but no lunges or squats whatsoever. Added the short app calves add-on too as I have hardly done any weights with CG this week and felt mildly guilty!

Tomorrow or Sunday, a chest/shoulders/triceps one for balance. I do want to go back to the longer workouts (45m - 1hr15ish with any add-ons) as my sleep hasn't been so good lately and doing quite.a few of those short MAX days in recent weeks instead of longer sessions might be a factor.

I did Max day 25 yesterday so half way (I'm behind for various reasons). I like the circuit days, and I was glad to see tricep dips back as I have a love/hate relationship with them (I used to hate them but don't mind then now).

But even these circuits days are still not intense enough for me. I have started designating Sundays as my cardio day, as I really miss it. I did this Heather Robertson kettlebell hiit this morning:

HR used one lighter kettlebell, but I used 3 different weight kbs. It had lots of compound movements and really got my heart rate up. And I felt properly fatigued afterwards, which is something I just haven't been getting with Max. I will still finish Max, but it will take longer as I am going to add some other stuff in.

Thanks ItsCool- I am going to try that kettlebell one after I get back home and do MAX tonight. Yes about the sad lack of heart elevation from MAX and also agree with Abra about Rev having also been an easier one compared with her previous. I have done most of MAX and only found a few days really sweaty and those were on hot days!

I really need some variety, and that's what is missing from Max I feel.
