I did Max day 25 yesterday so half way (I'm behind for various reasons). I like the circuit days, and I was glad to see tricep dips back as I have a love/hate relationship with them (I used to hate them but don't mind then now).
But even these circuits days are still not intense enough for me. I have started designating Sundays as my cardio day, as I really miss it. I did this Heather Robertson kettlebell hiit this morning:
HR used one lighter kettlebell, but I used 3 different weight kbs. It had lots of compound movements and really got my heart rate up. And I felt properly fatigued afterwards, which is something I just haven't been getting with Max. I will still finish Max, but it will take longer as I am going to add some other stuff in.
