Gym clothing for women

Hi all, i've started the gym but i'm conscious about gym clothes. I have a Mum tum and all the clothing i find either are clingy and show everything or baggy t-shirts that end up rising when working out(doing stomach excercises). I spend most of my time feeling unsexy and conscious. Anyone else feel this way? Any gym wear that are sculpted and supportive?

I wear DH old T shirts as they're baggy and very long compare to women's - he had some cool band ones which I think look pretty good!! Don't ride up, cover everything up, quite airy. Maybe try Vinted for men's T shirts?

I think it's the leggings that are meant to do the sculpting not the top.

In terms of tops you can then layer with a bra (can come down to virtually meet the top of your leggings) and layer up with a lighter looser top if you want. Some loose fitting tops are designed to cover your stomach but more open at the back.

Most women at my gym would mainly just wear bra and leggings (all shapes and sizes) and stomachs making a bid for freedom is just totally normal

Have a browse through Sweaty Betty for ideas. There is a vast range of options yoi could go for and I'd be surprised if you couldn't find something that fits your criteria.

Have you tried layering eg a clingy vest under a long t-shirt? Then if t-shirt rides up, you are still covered? Or a long flared vest over a tight one. Tummy control leggings.

Wellfit do tops that are designed to cover without being baggy https://wellfitactive.com/

I like Seeaty Betty and Nike dryfit T-shirts.
