Sweat app v's Ladder app?

Has anyone tried these American workout apps? Just wondered which you prefer?

I’ve used the Sweat app for about 4 years and found it great. There are loads of different programs to suit a range of different levels. You can usually get a 1 week free trial. Not tried Ladder though

I've tried both and prefer ladder over sweat! I found some of sweat workouts too repetitive and I would get bored. I like that ladder uses more weights than HIIT, I prefer to lift dumbbells, it makes me feel much stronger!
