Any recs for App trainers to follow in gym for progressive strength/weight programme?

I am thinking of changing things up - looking for an App/trainer I can follow in the gym. Something weights based - pref who understands the needs of menopausal
women rather than an online programme aimed at men - and not too expensive. I want to continue going 3 x a week for strength training. I also want it to be progressive - so I build on progress each month.

thanks!

Hi, Also a menopausal woman and have been following Caroline Girvan on YouTube. Same reasons as you and so far so good. See what you think. Her approach and tone of content works for me as I was sick of being shouted at by mid 20s guys on fitness apps.

I did a free trial with an app called FitBod which I quite enjoyed but decided to try a few more before committing.

Currently using MyFitCoach which I also like, except I had to pick my own weights for each exercise to start with. I'm currently repeating a 3 workout rotation per week (push, pull, full body) as quite like seeing the progress with specific exercises, but you can choose to vary the exercises week by week if you like as well. You can tailor for strength or general fitness and weights/reps will be adjusted accordingly. You can replace a suggested exercise with a suitable alternative if the required equipment isn't available. As you finish a set you can specify how many reps you had in reserve and it will adjust the weight/reps for any remaining sets of that exercise. There is a weekly review where you can update how you felt during the week in terms of muscle groups and general health/wellbeing.

There seem to be quite a few other options in the App Store on my phone as well.
