I'm on day 23 of the 2015 30 days of yoga (although it's taken longer Jan 23 days as I can't commit to everyday) with Adriane. It's been a revelation, exercise I don't actually hate that I actually look forward to.
So what's next? One of the other 30 day challenges? Or just her random videos? I can't commit to a class as I dont have the time (maybe when the youngest is in school)
My goal for next year is to be able to do a crows pose (long term goal!)
