Winter water resistant exercise leggings

I’m after the above. Thermal, water
resistant exercise leggings.
so far I have bought a cheapy pair from Amazon which were great for a short while but massive bobbling on the bum, expensive Acai leggings which are lovely and warm but the waist band is massive in comparison to the leg/bum area so even with a doubled over waist band they fall down.

any suggestions? I’m 5.10 with long legs and a size 10.

I've got a winter pair of Ronhill leggings - they're a little bit fleecy inside and they're a decent weight. I really rate Ronhill running kit.

My best winter ones are also my Ronhill ones. Fleecy lined on the top half, keeps my bum nice and warm.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen any water resistant leggings.

Apparently this range is good - I've not tried them myself as an always put off by the cost!!

Sweaty betty defo do fleece lined leggings but not sure how waterproof they are.

I have winter leggings from fabletics, light fleece lining. Not waterproof though, so they even exist? You'd essentially be running in plastic.

Thanks for all your replies.

i need them for rowing rather than running, hence the warmth and water resistance.
@chalkyc2 I think açai ones are very overpriced and underwhelming, their trousers are fab though

I wear sweaty betty therma boost in winter. They aren't exactly repellent but don't soak up water. I train outside a lot and sometimes wear a pair of Decathlon trail running waterproo trousers over them. They are very flexible and light as designed for running. They keep the worst of the wet off, for a while. Think anything more waterproof will make it hard to move - there are up to 10000 whereas my mountain-going waterproof coat is 30000.

Thanks @MsMartini - I’ll have a look at those. I’ve got a pair of Rab waterproof trousers to wear over the top when it’s really wet and / or cold.
i need something that can be splashed and keeps my legs warm.
i mostly row with men so not much female input for warm legs…
