Body coach remotely doable?!

Hi everyone, just wondering if those familiar with body coach can answer some questions?

I would like to lose some weight but also feeling really low energy, unhealthy at the moment and want to address things but have loads of questions /concerns!

I have adhd and struggle to cement new routines so I know that'll be tricky for me, not sure if anyone else has this and made it work somehow?! I know some people love Joe but I'm actually in the "he's annoying" camp! Haha! So that won't do it for me! So what made people stick with it?

My main query is:Is the food situation manageable for a young family. I have a 2 and 4 year old. We eat meals together generally. I don't want them to eat separate meals generally, sometimes is OK. They're pretty good eaters, generally. We have Joe's family meals cookbook for reference and they eat most of what we've tried. Is the food family friendly and scaleable? Do the meals take ages to make? In the past I've done well with weightwatchers and more recently I tried noom but tbh these days its just not feeling manageable for me to track every Single thing at all, I was hoping that just cooking recipes I'm given might feel more doable?
Thanks for reading, thoughts appreciated!
