I’m a bit of a Peloton addict since I got one in February and it has improved my fitness massively but I am having some knee niggles (which I got with running too) so need to cut down to 3 decent rides a week. I’m doing quick weights, core then stretch/yoga after most rides but want to do a good weights workout more regularly, probably on my days off peloton.
I’m only using 4 kg dumbells at the moment. Where can I buy 6 or 8 not too expensively? Or should it not be dumbbells?
And do you think 3 x Peloton rides, 3 x weights and the one day of stretch/yoga is a good plan? What would you take out/add? I’m mid 40s if it makes a difference.
