How to get more protein in?

Really conscious that women are meant to get about 45 g of protein a day (and more as you approach menopause.)
Would love to take your tips on how you do it. I’m not keen on the idea of shakes, it feels artificial. At the moment I’m having two eggs for breakfast and then I will often snack on healthy peanut butter or nuts. Then maybe fish for dinner. otherwise I’ve seen those yoghurts with added protein, has anyone tried them? Not sure what I think.

Otherwise open for tips of how to bank enough protein

High protein yogurts like Fage or the supermarket own brand are good. Lidl do a big vanilla pot that’s quite cheap. I usually have protein yogurt with some granola and eggs for breakfast. Cottage cheese is high protein and lots of recipes online to incorporate this into meals for added protein.

Tuna or chicken salads at lunchtime. Tins of tuna are reasonably priced and I like to get a whole chicken and roast this for salads throughout the week. Add a good quality protein powder into your diet, one or two scoops in water at lunchtime or in the morning can add additional protein.

I tend to have something high protein for dinner as well e.g beef meatballs with tomato sauce made with red lentils. Again loads of recipes online.

Egg whites. So if u have eggs for breakfast u can add extra egg whites. The calories are low and 3 tablespoons is an additional 4g. Add 6 to scrambled eggs or omlettes and have 2 whole eggs.

Peanut butter powder is not bad either. I add it to porridge and I add it to greek yogurt. 16g gives you like 7 or 8 extra grams of protein.

I also use a vegan protein powder in my porridge. Cant take too much dairy.

For breakfast I usually have porridge with protein powder , peanut butter powder and I mix in egg whites. Brings breakfast up to aviut 46 ish grams of protein and I'm.full for hours
