Hi.
I'm thinking of buying the app. I workout mainly in the gym now but hoping I can do most of the CG workouts there.
I did another home workout app which made some amazing changes to my body (FiiT) but I do have a tendancy to build up traps easily which I hate. My mid section went smaller but my sides became less curved in and more solid which made me look thicker. I am a bit short and stocky but strong and want to be leaner (diet - I'm working on it) and toned/defined without building my traps. Has anyone noticed their shoulders/traps building a lot on CG?
Also, what are the benefits of the app over the YouTube?
