Has anyone found a pilates bar a useful addition to their workouts? We only use bands, rollers, balls, blocks and rings in mat class. I like a choice of toys at home 😂Is there a preferred brand? Should I just try to fashion my own with my handled bands and body bar? A looked at reviews for one, which said not enough resistance. I'm not trying emulate heavy weight training - just toning. I like variety and everything in moderation.
