I bought one off amazon it cost £20 because I didn't want to spend a lot in case it was rubbish. It's the best £20 I've spent,it eased my tight calves after one use.

Ooh off to research. Address there any good resources to learn how to use them? (Bob and Brad maybe?).

I have awfully tight glutes/ hamstrings/ calf muscles which are starting to cause problems

I got a really expensive one from a stand at Bluewater (£300!) and it lasted a few years but stopped working now.
I also hot a very cheap little version from Temu which was more gentle but worked fine 👍

We got ours from a stand at the Trafford Centre, so maybe the same company (MuscleFlo I think it's called). Ours was about £120 though so not as expensive - but not their top one. It's really good though, properly strong.

Best way to start using it is just to try and do what feels good! Think how a massage would work going up and down the length of muscles and across the way. Then you can hold it down on any really tight bits. Avoid going over bones and joints.

Thank you - I already like Bob and Brad.

I feel like my body is seizing up. I’ve just been for a 5 mile walk - no problem, get the steps in. Sit down and I can’t move again. I can follow a video and get a good stretch, but feel like I have no 'flow' and can move quickly. I have lower back problems and feel like it affects everything.
