What makes a good one a Nd what makes a faddy one? Are any suitable to be left outside? Is it worth considering one which folds up? What size and what should it be made from?

I'm looking for 'good enough' within a reasonable budget. Below £100 preferably.

Cant tell you what is 'good' one is but mine came from Argos a couple of years ago. I use it twice a week and its still going strong!

The springs make a lot of noise ! So think about where you will use it or get one with bungees.

been using ours for years and it’s great.

Yes, I'd get one with bungees, not springs. It's brilliant though, you can find workouts on YouTube.

Great. And where do you keep it/use it?

I have a daybed that I slide it under, the floor is laminate as well so its no effort to pull it out either. Then I use it whilst watching Netflix usually.
Very versatile bit of kit IMO. I do 'proper' sweaty cardio on it twice a week and its also handy if the weather sucks and but I want to get more steps in.

@bookmarket I got a bungee one because it had a higher weight limit and I'm quite fat. 😂 Amazon has a lot of options, search 'bungee rebounder' and you'll find plenty under £100.

It has the added bonus of being much quieter than the spring version (I did have one of these previously and the noise is not subtle!).

Are you planning on using any particular workout programme?

How it will fit into your car when you are taking it to the charity shop or car boot sale to join the hundreds of others

😅I'll just sell it on Facebook Marketplace when I'm fed up with it.
