Interested in trying barefoot shoes

Keep getting niggles running & never found any running shoes that feel right, despite being fitted at reputable running shop .

Anyone recommend barefoot shoes?

Do I need to pay out for Vivo, or are any of the cheaper brands ok?

Well, it's probably heresy but I have previously used these, or similar, on the principle that the aim of a barefoot sole is to be as little sole as possible, and the barefoot shoe is not meant to be supportive. (I have had vivofoot shoes too, walking ones I think, and have not used them much). Disclaimer, mostly use for running on the beach or a playing field. I know they are not available on the link, but these have been particularly good.

I got mine from Amazon (looks like they are unavailable at the moment but were only 12.99). Been doing my C25K in them and they are working fine, although I did buy 2 pairs as they get soaked every time and need time to dry out!

I didnt see the point in spending a fortune either....zero drop and flat sole is all you need and cheap does that as well as spenny!
