What's the deal with James Smith PT?

He promises weight loss, tracking etc - does it work? Has anyone signed up for his stuff?

Similar to team RH. Gets lots of likes and views by being cocky and controversial online. It's just a pretty sensible diet plan that combines not over-eating (calorie tracking) with a focus on protein and exercise. It's not rocket science.

I haven't seen him specifically but SM is awash with these people who've decided to become rich by getting people to subscribe to their "thing". It's like the Wild West out there. I'd only go by personal recommendation, or professional accreditation.

I use James Smith app & PT plans.
it worked last year and is working again now for me.
I prefer him to Team RH, but everyone is different.

Yes they all build up a following on social media. Get you to subscribe to their daily advice emails which is usually free but leads onto a paid subscription of some type - either an app/ programme or even just a substack blog
