What to wear

I'm 11 weeks postpartum after 2nd baby. I was such a keen runner throughout covid and would always feel comfortable in leggings and a short sleeve top.

Now I'm just embarrassed to go out running because I'm heavier than I'd like.. I went out running for the first time in forever and wore leggings and a big baggy jumper and just felt too hot but I don't feel comfortable yet to wear anything shorter as I just jiggle everywhere

Has anyone found an exercise top than actually covers your arse and isn't skin tight?

Any recommendations welcome!
Thanks

How about wearing a man’s running top? That’s what I use - they’re much longer which I prefer.

I know this isn't addressing your clothing question but as a fellow runner and Mum I completely sympathise with your current feelings.

I always try and remind myself of the following.
When was the last time you saw someone else running and judged their size or how "flattering" their outfit was? I'm expecting you never have, and are just holding yourself to unfair standards! You've just grown and birthed a human and now want to get fit again. That's fantastic! You're doing more than a large proportion of society and should be so proud of yourself and your body.

But to answer your question Sweaty Betty is my brand of choice. Size up if you want less form fitting, but usually find that they have good bum coverage.

Congratulations on restarting running!

Longish t-shirt? Unisex ones come up quite long.

Thank you so much everyone for your replies. Really appreciate it
I went today and managed to get a men's top that covers the places I want covered.. without looking like a tent or binbag!
