I've started weight training with a PT, with the aim of lifting heavier and better form.
After incline leg presses last week my rib on both sides was tender especially the left - it's still so painful a week later. I've googled and it seems an 'intercostal pull'. Ribs feel bruised and sore, hurts turning over in bed, coughing etc.
Anyone had this? Any idea how long it will take to heal and anything I can do to speed it up?
