Building up my running post partum. Had tight hamstrings this week so saw a physio who said they were in spasm after likely being a bit overloaded. He gave me a massage and advised heat during this week to help release the tightness. Theyre now a lot sorer after using heat packs and some deep heat too over the last day!! Google says i shouldn't be using heat post massage??! Really frustrating to feel like ive taken a step back rather than forward with this physio visit !
