DH has a subscription to Apple fitness which I've been using, but not sure what is the best combo to do.
I do a face to face boot camp once a week which is a cardio, core, upper & lower body.
I'm 43 and packed in running due to joint pain, I've been doing 2 30 min HHIT workouts a week as well but wondered if I should be doing strength, dance or Pilates for one or two instead (prob not dance though 😄)
I'm not sure what I want from.exercise but obvs being a bit more trim and toned would be nice but also thinking about future health
Do a lot of walking as well so get out & get fresh air regularly
