Has anyone used the Hoka 30 day guarantee?

I've just bought a pair of Hoka trail shoes, measured myself using their online guide and they have arrived today and feel a bit too big. I'll try them out on a run and if they don't feel right I'll send them back and order half a size smaller. It may because my other trainers are a different brand so they may just feel different

Just wondering if the 30 day guarantee is as good as they make out to be? I can't believe you can wear trainers and then send them back no questions asked!

I was successful however it took weeks and several different social media ways of getting a response from them. They just never answered any messages and Facebook would suggest it's a common problem.

Could you try them on a treadmill first? Most places don’t ask questions so long as they haven’t been worn outside. If they feel too big they probably are! Hokas are quite wide compared to other brands.
