Stubborn lower belly fat

I am 32 and live what I think is a healthy life style - Gym classes 4 or 5 times a week (a mixture - HIIT, Kettlebells etc).
I eat healthily although don't track calories, macros etc, I just eat and healthy balance and don't over eat or snack too much.
I'm a healthy BMI - my issue is I can't seem to get rid of lower belly fat. It's like a little pouch that just won't go. Any tips of what I can do to reduce or get rid of this?

This gets asked here all the time and the answer seems to be ear less than 1000 calories a day and have minimal carbs and zero sugar or alcohol - which I for one and just not prepared to do so I’m keeping my little belly thanks!

Well you can't spot reduce fat, but I've found a rowing machine to be a great help with stomach muscles.

I suggest you participate in outdoor sports like football, basketball, cricket, badminton and swimming. Try some of the outdoor sports you will feel enthusiastic. Sports will help you be active and will keep you flexible. Have you heard of a sport named Mallakhamb. This sport is also known as pole wrestling. It helps in weight loss. and I will suggest not skipping meals as it will not help you in weight loss but it will affect your health.

As pp said, you can’t spot reduce areas. You need to eat in calorie deficit to help, and specific exercises may tone the area but won’t get rid of it.
I see people in fb exercise groups saying also less processed food, sugars and carbs has helped. Not totally sure how accurate this may be.
