I've done strength training for last few years and now moved to a more hybrid style of training.
Whilst my Nike metcons are great, I cannot run in these.
Would appreciate your recommendations for entry level running trainers.
Nike vomeros or other styles?
ps don't live anywhere near a foot analysis / gait service
Thank you

Nike Vomero is a good shoe - so if you like Nike, then give them a go. It's a shoe that's been around for years so quite likely you'll be able to find a previous year's colours discounted online

After running in a pair of ASICS and really hurting my Achilles I would definitely recommend getting your gait checked before committing to a pair

If you can’t get your gait checked get someone to record your feet while you jog a bit and look to check yourself you are a pronator. If you are you will end up injuring yourself in a neutral shoe. Otherwise some good recommendations on here already.

I love my Saucony. Have had 4 pairs of them now. So comfortable.
